Are you (or do you know someone) between the ages of 16 and 24 and need a high school diploma?
Are you (or do you know someone) interested in learning the skills necessary to enter the workforce and go to college?
Are you (or do you know someone) interested in continuing your education after high school and completing college?
If you (or you know someone who) answered “yes” to all of these questions, then CCEO YouthBuild is the program for you!
Step 1: Complete an Application
You can complete an application online here or come to our program front office located at 5021 Lennox Blvd Lennox, CA 90304. Applications can be completed anytime, Monday-Friday, from 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM.
Step 2: Submit Required Documents
All students who are enrolled in our program are required to bring in the following documents:
- Birth Certificate
- Current immunization records (for students age 17 and under)
- Medi-Cal Card (if you have one)
- Photo ID
- Official high school transcript
- Social Security Card (if you have one)
- Utility Bill (any bill with your address on it)
Step 3: Attend an Information Session
Information session will be held very Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 1pm until August 6th. Please make sure to call PH. 310-225-3060 schedule yourself for our information sessions.
Step 4: Mental Toughness Training (MTT)
MTT is an intensive selection process designed to introduce young people to the program and the program standards. If a young person successfully completes MTT, they will be officially enrolled in CCEO YouthBuild.
Anyone who does not successfully complete MTT will be invited to reapply during our next enrollment period.
Once a young person is enrolled in our program, they are expected them to meet the following standards:
- 90% attendance
- 5/6 project completion
- School uniform
- Positive attitude
- Substance free
- Violence free
Students who do not meet the above standards will have to re-apply in the next enrollment period.
